Refund and Return Policy

Overview

As we are based abroad and our items are mostly low price, it is not cost feasible for you to go through the hassle of returning and bear the returning shipping costs.

Therefore, we have a No Need Return Policy for your benefit.

We will offer you either a  full refund or a resend, or a partial refund or discount for your next purchase depending on the conditions of the delivered goods.  And you get to keep the delivered goods.

This offer lasts 5 days. If 5 days have passed since delivery, the offer will lapse.

We will need photo and/or video proof of manufacturing defect or damage, or wrong specification, or wrong item. Email them to [email protected].


Partial Refund or Discount

These are the situations where only partial refunds or discount coupons are granted, especially when the delivered items are in good condition and there are at least some savage value:

  • Any item that is correct but wrong in size, colour, etc.
  • Any item more than US$35 in purchase price.


No Refund

These are the situations where no refund will be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is wrong in specifications, size or colour not due to our error.
  • Any item that is within normal manufacturing error range prevailing from time to time.
  • 5 Calendar days have passed since delivery.
  • Force Majeure events including Act of God, epidemic, strike, war,  earthquake, flood, storm, heavy snow, hurricane, wild fire and customs detention/destruction.


If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first double check your bank account and then contact your credit card company.  It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
